TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL CAR
OUR RATES INCLUDE
-Full day Maintenance oil and greasing. Safety belts in all cars. Free
kilometer, road assistance, babysit on request.
Do not drive on rough road or beach.
Do not drive on road with fresh asphalt.
Do not sit with wet swimsuits on the seats.
Do not enter with sand in the car
THE FINE RANGERS= FROM 150 EURO
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL CAR
Driver's age minim, 23 years old. Driver's license held at least one year .
Deposit for reservation.
Traffic fines= All traffic fines and expences incurred dunning the rental period
are at the renter's responsibility.
Gasoline=Paid by the customer.
Taxes= Included in the price.
Availability= Car models are according to original planning delivery problems
however may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases. Rent it
here\leave it there must be confirmed at rental agreement.
REMARKS
Rates and terms are subject to change with out previous notice.

YOU HAVE TO PAY PENALTY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MOTO&QUADS RENTALS
The scooters & quads are ONLY for 2 persons. In case of more persons, the
CUSTOMER will pay the fine of 150 euro.
1. The motorbike is insured but ONLY for third part. You have to pay all damages
by your self.
2. The motorbikes for hire are in excellent condition and clients are odliged to
return it the same.
3. Hired motorcycle can carry one or two persons. In case of more persons are
tracked down the bike will be taken away with out money refund.
4. The person mentioned in this contractis the only one allowed to drive it. The
renter is responsible for any accident of ticket during the rental period. Any
other driver as the one in the contract mentioned is not covered by any
insurance.The bike will be taken with out any money refund.
5. In case of an accident all responsibility is at the renter.
6. The motorbikes are insured third party only. In case of accident the renter
is responsible and has to pay all damages.
7. In case of theft the bike must be replaced completely when the renter left the
bike unlocked or he lost the key.
8. EITHER insurance nor " CITY CLUB" does not cover you if you drive on off roads,on the beach, if you are drunk and if you don't respect the law.
9. Renteres are planning to leave Rhodes island with the CITY CLUB motorbikes ,
must hold a written authorization from CITY CLUB.
10. CUSTOMER is responsible for and shall pay all parking and traffic
violations.
11. I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
If this rental agreement is paid by credit card, my signature bellow will be
considered to have been made on the credit card voucher as well.
